SOFTEN, Coffee Table

The Soften collection began with an exploration of translating the graceful curves and sense of weight found in antique marble sculptures into wood. The junction where the four legs meet the tabletop is shaped with soft, flowing curves, creating the impression of a solid wooden surface gently resting on a soft material. Through this gesture, the collection seeks to transform the tactile sensation of weight into a visual experience. The sculpted curves of the solid oak legs are achieved through an extensive process combining CNC machining and meticulous hand-finishing, much like the making of a sculpture.
